I won my fish just yesterday at my state fair.
It’s a fish thats white with orange spots and is about and inch big.
I don’t have any fish tank or anything but I just putted him in a container which isnt that big. Yesterday when I won him he was in a Zip-Loc at the fair when I got him home I put him in the container.
I filled the container up HALF way, and yesterday I feared he might die because I don’t have all the right “Fish Supplies” for him.
So is it okay if he stays in the container for awhile? Does he need oxygen or any special needs? Please help me:) 10 points best answer!

does any one remember pet world which used be owned by focus Diy they used to sell birds,small pets,fish and reptiles as well as supplies for pets.The one near me often had sick and unhealthy animals kept in suitable cages and looked after by untrained staff

I want to know how they got things started. Where did they get the supplies; i.e. tanks, where to find wholesalers for fish and supplies and products. I am going to open a shop my self and I want to know as much as I can before hand.
what are some good places on the net that sell wholesale pets (reptiles, fish, etc) and pet supplies for all types of small animals?
I went to pet supplies plus the other day for dog food and stopped in the fish department to look around and I noticed what I believe were silver mollies with purple and orange hearts and polka dots on the sides of them. I asked the girl working there and she said it is dye that is injected into them! What in the world?! I mean this is a big chain! We wouldn’t dye into a cat or dog to make a heart design on them so why do it to a fish? I know some people are going to say it’s just a fish but it’s still a living creature. I’m rethinking doing business with Pet Supplies Plus for sure!

I shop at Petsmart but was wondering how Petco compared? I have never been in a pet supplies plus but pass them all the time driving.Do they sell stuff for fish and aquariums? Thank you
